LEADERSHIP
F. Jordan Earle - CEO
Jordan is CEO and Chief Financial Officer for EBTC. He has over 20
years of commercial banking and trust banking experience. Jordan graduated
from the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University
in Chicago (1998), holds a BS in Business Administration from The
Citadel (1982) and an MBA from Wake Forest University (1989).
Steven M. Fisher - President
Steve is President, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Trust Officer
for EBTC. Steve brings more than 25 years of trust administration
and business development experience from a large regional and national
banking organization. He has settled numerous estates and administered
an ongoing trust portfolios of approximately $300 million. He is a
graduate of The Citadel (1972) and earned a master’s degree
from Western Carolina University.
Marie Bird
Marie is Vice President and Trust Officer and is responsible for trust administration
and business development. She also adds operational depth to the company
and an expertise in the area of Special Needs Trust. Marie has over
20 years experience in trust administration and investment services.
She has completed Program One at The Southeastern Trust School of
Campbell University. Marie holds a BS Degree from Appalachian State
University and a Master of Arts from Wake Forest University.
Debbie Traver
Debbie is an Officer of East Broad Trust Company and is primarily
responsible for handling internal marketing and general office administration.
Prior to East Broad Trust Company, she was the Administrative Assistant
to the President and CEO of Greenville National Bank (now Region’s
Bank) for 15 years. During her tenure at the bank she handled various
administrative duties involving compliance, loan documentation, and
employee relations.

- P. McCrady Gwinn
McCrady is
President of Round Pond Capital, Inc., a trading and investment advisory firm.
McCrady gained valuable personal trust experience as a trust officer
for NBSC in Sumter, S.C during the mid 1980's. He earned a BS in
Business from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and an
MBA from the University of Georgia in Athens.
- Hugh Z. Graham Jr.
Hugh Z. Graham, Jr. holds a law degree from The University of South
Carolina and is a 1963 graduate of The Citadel. He has over 30 years
of banking and trust experience. A native of Greenville, prior to
beginning his banking career, he served as a legal officer in the
U.S. Army and was an assistant city attorney and municipal judge
for the City of Greenville as well as assistant solicitor for the
Thirteenth Judicial circuit while practicing law there. Mr. Graham
is an active member of the South Carolina Bar. He is the senior
partner in Graham and Associates, LLC in Columbia.
Advisory Group
- Louise E. Oxner
Louise has been an active community leader in Greenville for over
40 years. She has served on many local not for profit boards. In
1998, she was the President of the Board for the Greenville Literacy
Association.
- Robert S. Galloway
Robert is a second generation Greenville attorney. He earned his
undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary where
he excelled both academically and athletically. Robert earned his
J.D. from The University of South Carolina. Currently,
he specializes in the underwriting of corporate and municipal bond
offerings at the Greenville Office of Haynsworth,Sinkler, Boyd Attorneys
at Law.
- Chloris T. Norman
Chloris has over 30 years of trust experience. As a Trust Department
Vice President in Greenville, she consistently met or exceeded new
business development goals. In addition, she continued to administer
a sizable portfolio of trust relationships. Chloris is currently
retired.
- Roger Stone
Roger is Vice President of Minority Sales Corporation, LLC. Prior to Minority Sales Corporation, he worked in corporate financeandmergers and acquisitions for approximately 10 years at JP Morgan in New York City. Roger holds a B.A. from Dartmouth and an MBA from Harvard.
